We accept returns only for damaged or defective items, and requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns are not applicable for perishable food items such as snacks, sweets, and pickles unless they are damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Include your order details or invoice in the package.
Ship the product using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
